Data Manager for Fitbit App Reviews

What a Rip Off

Want my money back. Although it does syncronize to Health Kit (partially), it leaves more to desire. Data points show but nothing appears on Dashboard. Would be nice if the heart rate was transferred. Whether it be the average resting rate or the entire heart rate. No Dashboard for Walking/Running distances. Data transferred on walking/running does not make sense. Can;t figure out what it is showing. Flights climbed shows on Data but not on Dashboard. Data shows on Steps but it does not match the Fitbit data. Again no steps shown on Dashboard. With all that being said. How do I get a refund (although very small) for a very POOR and SUBSTANDARD projuct. Dont expect to see a refun but it sure would be nice if the developer can make necessary chances and updates as soon as possible

Somewhat useful but could be better

It would be very nice if this would sync data along with the time instead of just in large chunks. For example, if I walk 10000 steps each day this tells HealthKit that I walked 10000 at midnight. This makes it impossible for HealthKit to (if it can) distinguish between duplicate reports.

Great!

So happy I found this app after the major disappointment of syncsort. This app syncs all the important things Fitbit tracks. Requires a restart after initially downloading the app to make the first sync but it works just fine now!

Crashes - Not Useful At This Time

Unable to sync data. The app crashes every time I attempt to do so. Even after restarting my iPhone the app continues to crash. At this time the app isnt useful. Perhaps a later release will be better and not crash.

Perfect

Works as advertised

Great but no auto-sync?

Does a great job of getting my Fitbit data into HealthKit, but I cant figure out how to automatically sync my data maybe once per day instead of having to manually run the app and sync the data.

It does what it’s supposed to do.

It says that it syncs Fitbit data to Apple health, and it does just that.

Could be better. :(

Works as advertised, but does not write all the data to Fitbit. Specifically does not write calorie data. Bit misleading because it shows that it can read this data from HealthKit but does not show what it is possible to write to Fitbit. Worth the money if you just want to get your basic data out of your Fitbit account into HealthKit.

Does what it says it will (mostly)

Works well as a simple workaround for getting Fitbit data into apple health, except it crashes when sleep data is turned on to sync.

Does what it says, so far so good

I downloaded this app, entered my Fitbit account info, and my data was available immediately. Ive been using my Fitbit for years, so there was a lot. Getting my Fitbit data into the Apple Health app was a snap. Just tap on the settings hamburger, and it was right there. Select the data, Health app launches. Choose this app as data source, and years of data was immediately available. The weight and body fat from Aria scale was included, which is nice. Was entering by hand. If by the end of the week data is automatically transferred, Ill rate 5 stars.

Poor app

Completely useless. Do not buy. Shows less of the exact same info the Fitbit app shows. Theres no point and its deceptively marketed.

Crashes and fails

I am using iPhone 6s and this app crashes and fails to write data occasionally, when it does, the data in health app all disappear, forcing me to reboot the device to fix it. Please look into this problem.

Disappointed!!

The app does not track stairs for fit or flex!!

Heart rate needed

This app needs to snyc heart rate over as well. Please add!

Needs permissions to sync--fails every time

This app was promising, but it needs some kind of permission to sync. I cant figure out how to ask or grant permission. So this was a total waste of time and money. All other programs ask for permission themselves, or they take you through the steps to ask permission that is necessary during the initial set up. As it stands this program is completely useless to me and Ive already deleted it. Its never synced anything. If youre a casual iPhone user I would avoid this app for something else that takes care of the backend stuff on its own.

Meh

Pros: No bugs that I can tell. Syncs with Health app. Does what it claims but only minimally. Cons: Doesn’t really give you any useful information that you don’t already have through other apps. Doesn’t auto sync with the Health app and some of the metrics wont sync at all. No actual data info just relative line graphs. Overall, not crying over the couple bucks spent to find out what the app is capable of. . which isn’t much. There is potential in this app if the developer makes it deeper and useful. Until then though, I’d recommend saving your money.

Sync Fitbit to Health

Reliably syncs my Fitbit data to Health app

Works well for me

It wont sync your heart rate but everything alse it does sync no issues

Great app

I love the app! When I got it it was working great and very useful. Lately though Ive had issues with syncing my data to health kit. Fix that and its back to a great app!

Works As Expected

Was able to sync the expected data without issue. Very simple to use. Syncd years of data in less then two minutes.
